Overview
David started with the firm in February 2022 as a Paralegal in the litigation department under Sanjay Panesar. He has a number of years of previous paralegal experience in litigation and financial law.
Since starting with the firm, David has worked on High Court, County Court, and Tribunal matters at all stages of the litigation process, and started as a Trainee Solicitor with the firm in August 2022.
David’s personal skills and hardworking, determined attitude to cases have made him an effective member of the litigation team.

- Litigation on a case involving an oil-shipping contract
- Trading document amendments to face Frankfurt entities of two large international banking clients (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA and CSA)
