Overview
Val is the first point of contact for many clients by phone and in person. Her role includes greeting clients visiting the office and answering the main switchboard and providing clerical support. Val has always worked in customer service and enjoy talking to clients and the varied role that she has.
Career History
Val has worked for Rainer Hughes 15 years and previously she worked for 9 years in a national bank as a Mortgage Advisor.
hobbies & Interests
Val loves spending time with her family and looking after her 4 young grandchildren. She also enjoys baking, travel, yoga and walking.
