Corporate Joint Ventures
Rainer Hughes have helped businesses form partnerships to achieve greater success together
We advise on bringing parties together to deliver new projects, objectives, and deliverables. The structures available include: limited companies, partnerships, and collaboration agreements which then enables our clients to operate ventures jointly.
Setting up a limited company, partnership or LLP is the ideal way of providing a vehicle for a complex venture. We can also assist in structuring the simplest form of joint venture, which is a contractual agreement that sets out the rights and duties of the parties, without the need to set up or administer a separate business.
Several reasons may exist for setting up a specific structure, but ultimately our focus is to ensure that you achieve your underlying commercial goals and objectives.
Rainer Hughes works closely with financial advisers and accountants to ensure that our client’s requirements are satisfied together with appropriately safeguarding their commercial interests.
We are here to support you and provide clear, concise, and straight-forward advise at every stage of this journey.
